Legal FAQ

Is IPTV legal?

Discover that legality depends entirely on the country you are in. Some jurisdictions place no restrictions on personal streaming use, while others regulate it closely through licensing and copyright frameworks. It is your responsibility as the customer to check your local law before subscribing, and we cannot advise on the regulations of every country. We sell access to the Service; we do not make legal determinations for you. If you are unsure how the rules apply where you live, seek independent legal advice before you purchase a Subscription.

Do you host the content?

Access the Service knowing that we do not host, own, store or control any of the streams. All stream access is sourced from independent Third-Party Providers, who operate their own infrastructure and remain solely responsible for the content they make available. Our role is limited to selling Subscription access to the Service on https://vidflix.store. We are the seller of record — not an affiliate, not a reseller of someone else's brand, and not a middleware vendor. If a Third-Party Provider changes or removes a stream, that decision sits with them, not with us.

Do you offer refunds?

Experience the Service through the 24-hour trial before you commit, so you can evaluate channel quality, device compatibility and the content library ahead of a full purchase. Because that evaluation opportunity is provided upfront, full Subscriptions are not refundable by default — though we may issue a refund at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, and doing so in one case creates no entitlement in any other. Full details are set out at https://vidflix.store/refund.

What if I open a chargeback instead of contacting you?

Get in touch with contact@vidflix.store first — we resolve the vast majority of issues directly and quickly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first result in immediate account suspension and may block future purchases. A quick email almost always gets you a faster outcome than a dispute through your bank.

What happens to my personal data?

Benefit from a straightforward approach to privacy: we collect only what is needed to run your account, such as your email address and payment handled through our processor. We never sell or share your data. You can request deletion at any time by emailing contact@vidflix.store, and we handle requests in line with the EU GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and, where applicable, the US CCPA.

Am I responsible if using this in my country isn't allowed?

Yes — you confirm this yourself before purchasing. We cannot verify every customer's local law, so the responsibility to check sits with you, as stated in our Terms of Service. Take a moment to review the rules that apply where you live before you complete checkout. Proceeding with a Subscription confirms that you have done so.

How do I get help if something's not working?

Watch without interruption by contacting contact@vidflix.store with your account details whenever something goes wrong. We troubleshoot access issues directly — fix-first, not an automatic refund. Our team works through playback, app and device problems with you, whether you are running TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, XCIPTV Player, Smart IPTV or Flix IPTV. Most access issues are resolved without any change to your Subscription.

Can I share or resell my subscription?

Enjoy the Service for personal, non-commercial use within a single household only. Sharing your Subscription with others outside your household, or reselling access in any form, results in termination without refund. Each Subscription is tied to one customer and one household.
