Nature of the Service

Access a subscription-based IPTV platform that delivers live television and on-demand content sourced from independent Third-Party Providers. VidFlix is the seller of record for the Service offered on https://vidflix.store. We are not a broadcaster, content producer, or rights holder, and we do not own, host, or control the underlying streams.

Enjoy a catalogue of 16,000+ live channels, a 35,000+ VOD library, and 35,241+ TV series delivered across 4K Ultra HD, Full HD 1080p, HD 720p, and SD qualities. The Service is compatible with TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, XCIPTV Player, Smart IPTV, Flix IPTV, IPTV Extreme Pro, and DUPLEX IPTV across Smart TV, Android, iOS, MAG, Enigma2, PC/Mac, Firestick, and Roku devices.

Understand the commercial relationship clearly. VidFlix sells access to the Service as an independent seller of record — not as an affiliate, not as a reseller of another brand, and not as a middleware vendor. Stream access is sourced from Third-Party Providers who operate independently of us.

Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We target 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability.

Experience streams that originate from independent Third-Party Providers operating beyond our control. Because those operators manage their own infrastructure, scheduling, and delivery, interruptions, quality variations, or content changes may occur without notice and are not within our ability to prevent.

Access the Service through your chosen compatible app and device, understanding that playback performance also depends on factors outside our control — your internet connection, device capability, and the app you select. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your specific expectations or operate in every network environment.

Third-Party Content

We do not host, store, cache, broadcast, or control any media content made available through the Service. All live channels, VOD titles, and series are sourced from Third-Party Providers who operate independently and remain solely responsible for what they distribute.

Discover content aggregated from independent operators, and understand that we are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or licensing status of any third-party stream. Any question, complaint, or claim concerning specific content should be directed to the originating Third-Party Provider.

Benefit from a platform that functions as an access point, not as a content library owner. We do not curate, edit, or verify the rights position of individual streams, and the appearance of any content within the Service does not constitute our endorsement, ownership, or representation of its licensing status.

Copyright Concerns and Notice Procedure

We take copyright concerns seriously and maintain a clear procedure for rights holders who believe content accessible through the Service infringes their rights. We have no registered copyright agent and assert no statutory classification; what follows describes our internal handling procedure only.

Submit a written notice to contact@vidflix.store that includes all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work or works you believe are infringed.
  2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail (such as channel name, title, or stream reference) for us to locate it.
  3. Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We review complete notices and aim to respond within a reasonable period, typically within 5 business days of receipt. Where a notice is valid on its face, we will act to restrict access to the identified material and, where appropriate, notify the relevant Third-Party Provider.

If you believe material was restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the restricted material, a statement of good faith that the restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your signature. We will review counter-notices under the same procedure.

Nothing in this procedure constitutes an assertion that we hold any statutory status, safe harbour, or designation in any jurisdiction. It describes how we handle notices as a matter of internal policy.

Your Responsibility for Local Law

IPTV regulations differ significantly from country to country. Some jurisdictions permit personal use freely, while others restrict, license, or prohibit certain forms of access. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of IPTV in your own country before subscribing to or using the Service.

We make no representation that the Service is legal, illegal, permitted, or restricted in any named country, and nothing on https://vidflix.store should be read as a statement about the lawfulness of the Service in your location. The determination rests entirely with you and your own independent research, including advice from a qualified local professional where appropriate.

You accept full responsibility for confirming that your use of the Service complies with the laws, regulations, and licensing rules that apply to you. We are not liable for any consequence — legal, financial, or otherwise — arising from your decision to use the Service in a location where it may be restricted.

Access the Service only where you have satisfied yourself that doing so is lawful for you. If you are uncertain about the position in your jurisdiction, do not subscribe until you have obtained clarity.

Not Professional Advice

Nothing on https://vidflix.store constitutes legal, financial, or technical advice, and this page is not legal advice. The content we publish is provided for general information about the Service only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance tailored to your circumstances.

Get independent advice from a qualified lawyer, accountant, or technical specialist where your situation requires it. We do not assess your individual legal position, tax treatment, or network configuration, and we make no recommendation about whether the Service is suitable for your particular use case.

Experience the Service on the understanding that any decision you take after reading our pages is your own. Statements about features, device compatibility, and app support describe the Service as offered and are not professional recommendations of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VidFlix shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.

This exclusion covers, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, device or software malfunction, service interruption, content unavailability, and any loss arising from reliance on information published on https://vidflix.store — whether the claim is framed in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Benefit from a clear allocation of risk. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability in respect of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to VidFlix for the Subscription period giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in the European Union. This section does not assert that you have waived any statutory right, and in particular does not assert any waiver of the 14-day withdrawal right.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Refunds

Understand the commercial terms before you purchase. The Trial is a 24-hour test offered at €0 as a one-off, and it is not a subscription. The Standard plan is €48 per year. Because a zero-cost evaluation period is made available before any paid commitment, the default position is that payments are non-refundable.

Any refund is granted at our sole discretion and is assessed case by case. We make no refund guarantee, no money-back promise, and no fixed refund window, and nothing on https://vidflix.store should be read as creating one.

Our pages may link to external websites, app stores, player documentation, or device manufacturer resources that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any external site.

Access third-party resources at your own discretion and review their terms and privacy policies before relying on them. A link from https://vidflix.store does not imply our endorsement of the destination, and we accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of an external site.

Discover player apps such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, GSE Smart IPTV, XCIPTV Player, Smart IPTV, Flix IPTV, IPTV Extreme Pro, and DUPLEX IPTV through their respective publishers. Those applications are developed and supported independently of VidFlix, and any issues with them should be raised with their publishers.
